Call for Submissions: CAFAM Digital Art Exhibition 2026
ArtX Hong Kong Institute (ArtX HK) is delighted to announce the call for submissions for the upcoming CAFAM Digital Art Exhibition 2026 (中央美術學院美術館2026數智藝術展). This exhibition marks a key collaborative initiative under the newly established strategic partnership between the CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) and ArtX HK (https://www.artxhk.cityu.edu.hk/en/events/cafa-art-museum-mou-signing).
Scheduled to take place at CAFAM in Beijing in November 2026, the exhibition will serve as a premier national platform for art research and interdisciplinary dissemination, offering a unique opportunity to present your creative vision to a wider audience.
About the Exhibition
Centered on the theme "Sense of Intelligence (“智感”), " the exhibition revolves around two main tracks: "Technology Transforming Tradition (“科技煥新傳統”)" and "Art Intervening in Technology (“藝術介入科技”)." It aims to explore the convergence between AI, generative digital tools, and contemporary art creation, offering a systematic presentation of how digital-intelligent art engages with technology, culture, society, and aesthetics to forge innovative, diverse artistic forms. Shortlisted works will represent CityUHK and be showcased at CAFAM alongside works by leading international artists, creative collectives, and technology pioneers.
